Our educational project
SEAJA actively collaborates with the local NGO OBT (Organisation for Basic Training) in the village of Chiro near Kampong Cham to establish a primary and secondary school, providing concrete access to education for disadvantaged children.

Step One: Identifying Needs
In collaboration with the local OBT Chiro team, we are analyzing the specific needs of the village of Chiro in order to design a tailored and sustainable educational project, organized according to a four-year roadmap.

Second step: Construction and training
Construction, improvement and renovation of school infrastructure, combined with keeping the local team in the village, to ensure quality education in an environment conducive to learning.

Step three: Ongoing support
Regular monitoring and support with the local team to ensure the project's sustainability, help them achieve financial independence as far as possible, and enable children to flourish throughout their schooling.
