

Building a kitchen out of the reach of floods
The orphanage now has two kitchens and two dining areas. These kitchens, located outdoors, are heated by a wood fire. However, wood is expensive and its supply requires chores of cutting it down.
Unfortunately, during the monsoon season, these kitchens are flooded, which greatly increases the discomfort of this period.
