The cement building needs its fiber cement roof replaced, as it has long since exceeded its lifespan. Sourcing materials has been complicated due to tensions between Cambodia and Thailand, making it difficult to purchase them. The cost of materials has also been impacted by this crisis between the two neighbors, but overall, we're staying within budget.
