Our sustainable agricultural project in Chiro, Cambodia.
In order to reduce its dependence on external funding and ensure the continuity of its educational activities, OBT plans, with the help of SEAJA, to develop sustainable economic projects, designed with and for local communities.
This ambitious project is structured in 4 parts:
- The renovation of an irrigation system
- Purchase of sunflower seeds and planting machine
- The construction of an agricultural shed
- Purchase of a pressing machine (sunflower oil production)

Promouvoir l’agriculture durable pour construire un avenir axé sur l’éducation.
This project, which encompasses all stages — irrigation, seed supply, planting machine, oil production machine and agricultural storage shed — is fully funded by SEAJA.
This project aims primarily to finance the education of children in the village of Chiro, with the objective of opening primary schools by 2027.

A team project!
This project, designed to strengthen local autonomy and promote sustainable development, was developed and validated in a friendly atmosphere with the teams from SEAJA and OBT, as well as with the valuable collaboration of Coline and Fabien, volunteer helpers.
